Summary: Phil Evans and his wife Joanne purchased the Grade II-listed, rural parish church in the Eden Valley with the intention of turning it into a family home for themselves and their young family. Disaster strikes though early on in the project and the implications are massive on their small budget. George offers them advice and a reality check after the costs begin to spiral out of control.
